The Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County, WV provides housing and adoption services for abandoned, surrendered and abandoned, neglected abused and unwanted dogs, puppies, cats and kittens. You’ll find animals for adoption, resources, volunteer opportunities and much more in our site.

American Public University System (APUS) is helping sponsor a golf tournament to raise money for the Animal Welfare Society (AWS) of Jefferson County. If you love to golf or know anyone who does, please share this information. To play, you must have a team of four. Breakfast and lunch are included in the fee to play, and you also have the chance to win some fun prizes!
